Radiation Transport in AMR
We present the recent developments in Sn radiation transport in
adaptive mesh refinement. We will describe the steps followed in order
to implement synthetic diffusion acceleration in Sn radiation
transport solver in structured adaptive mesh with fluid
dynamics. Problems related with strong gradients of material and
atomic properties will be addressed as well as some of the solutions
adopted. Finally we will describe several simulations related to
target design in inertial fusion, high armonic frecuency production
and astrophysics laboratory experiments where radiation transport
could be important.
