Proceedings

Submission of contributions has been extended until November 30.

Workshop organizers have reached a tentative agreement with Springer-Verlag to publish the meeting proceedings.

The proceedings, subject to final approval, will appear as volume in the Springer's Lecture Notes in Computational Sciences and Engineering (LNCSE) series.

Author instructions and relevant Springer style templates for TeX/LaTeX typesetting are available for download from Springer's ftp server. For convenience we also provide a local archived copy of all necessary templates here. We strongly urge authors to use them to format their manuscripts.

In addition to the manuscript the authors will need to submit a completed copyright form to the proceedings editors. The form is available at Springer's Information page for LNCS authors. A copy of the copyright form can also be found here. The authors will need to sign this form and send it to Timur Linde at the following address:

In the copyright form, itme Conference Book should be "Adaptive Mesh Refinement - Theory and Applications", and item Volume Editors should be "Tomasz Plewa, Timur Linde and V. Gregory Weirs".

It is acceptable to use color figures in the manuscripts. However, the authors are advised to restrain themselves in the use of color, because color plots will be taken out of individual papers and placed together in a separate section at the very end of the book.

Page limits: 20 pages for invited papers; 10 pages for contributed papers and posters.

These limits are not strict, but authors are strongly urged to honor them.
