   Both FLASH2 anf FLASH3 have source term modules to force a turbulent 
fluid. These is contained in

/FLASH2/source/source_terms/stirring

The key routine to focus on is stir, stored in stir.F90. The remainder of 
the files are part of the machinery to stochastically vary the driving 
field.

   I believe should be able to use this module as a starting point from 
which to build a driving term of the kind you describe.
