Dear FLASH developers,
My name is Salvatore Orlando from the Astronomical Observatory in
Palermo. I have a problem in compiling FLASH 2.0-pre1 to run with the
sedov test problem. The information about the machine, the operating
system and the compiler I am using are the following:
MACHINE: a cluster of 16 alpha EV67 processors
distributed in 4 Compaq ES40 interconnected
with a Memory Channel II
OS: Compaq Tru64 UNIX V5.1 (Rev. 732)
Compiler: Compaq Fortran 90 and 77 V5.4 for
Compaq Tru64 UNIX Alpha Systems
I downloaded FLASH 2.0-pre1 following the instructions that Mike Zingale
sent on Sept. 12. Then I tried to run with the sedov test problem. The
setup of the problem was successful (setup sedov -auto) but when FLASH
2.0 is compiled, I get the following compilation error:
prompt> make
f90 -c -r8 -d8 -i4 -cpp -DN_DIM=2 perfmon.F
.......................
f90 -c -r8 -d8 -i4 -cpp -DN_DIM=2 hydro_1dModule.F90
f90: Error: hydro_1d.f90, line 102: Conflicting attributes or multiple
declaration of name. [DTOLD]
dtfac = 0.5*dt/dtold
--------------------^
f90: Error: hydro_1d.f90, line 16: Name in only-list does not exist.
[DTOLD]
& nguard, nxb, nyb, nzb, dtold
--------------------------------^
I am not reporting the full list of errors (too long). I can say that
the list gives the same errors (reported above for DTOLD) for the
variables UNK2, UNK3, UNK4, OLDVISC, NEIGH. Note that all these
variables are in the dBase module.
Please, do you have any suggestion how to solve this problem?
Thank you in advance for your attention.
Best regards
Salvatore Orlando
