[FLASH-BUGS] Sod problem initialization

    There is a small problem in the /setups/sod/init_block.f90 file. The
    if/then statments that determine whether a given cell is left or right
    of the shock place the cell to the right of the shock if the cell's
    right edge aligns exactly with the shock. This can be fixed by changing
    the '<' to '<=' on line 260.
