Virgo Xeon Cluster

The numbers are the result of averaging 10 runs on 2,4,8,16 and 32 processors on a linux cluster called virgo. Virgo has 16 computation nodes with dual xeon P4 (1.7Ghz) processors and 2GB of RDRAM. It has a gigabit interconnect and a pvfs filesystem composed of a partition on each node which is served by an i/o server.
