Hello, and welcome to my NEW home page (still under construction so some of the links may not work). I am a Research Scientist at the ASCI Flash Center, at the Univ of Chicago. Before this I was a Research Scientist at the Bartol Research Institute at the Univ of Delaware . And prior to that I was at the Research Center for Theoretical Astrophysics, in the School of Physics at the Univ of Sydney, working with Dr. Lewis Ball.
I had organized a workshop at the RCfTA on Supernova Remnants, Pulsars and the ISM . The proceedings of the workshop are available here.
My research work covers supernovae, supernova
remnants, planetary and other wind-blown nebulae, and computational
astrophysics. I've also worked on galactic dynamics. To view any of my
publications, or see some of my simulations, click here.
Here's a
link to some photos of us that my beautiful wife Noella has put on the
web. If you're really interested, check back in a few weeks, and we
may have some more. Also check out the account of our first
trip to Yellowstone (May 29-Jun 2 1997)
